Does not support multi pages article

The multi pages articles are not supported for example : http://www.extremetech.com/computing/101577-what-happened-to-the-ipad-killers-of-2010 but the javascript implementation supports it

Auto-pagination would be a nice feature to have. Would you be interested in submitting a patch? If so, please start from the new_gem branch which will be released soon.

new_gem has been merged into master and released about 1 month ago. I'll remove the branch.
