cannot get this to work

Thanks for writing this but I am having a hell of a time to get this to work. Only time the binding works is when I add static text to the text area. Can you elaborate on this a little more?

I don't think it supports what you want. I only built it to load static text. Feel free to fork or submit a pull request.
