A CLI built on top of BlenderKernel

Hi Cameron! I found this repo to be incredibly helpful for my research but manually editing files is a little tedious. Therefore, I created a more formal CLI to install the jupyter kernel. Please let me know if more acknowledgment is needed since you didn't include a LICENSE in this repo. https://github.com/cheng-chi/blender_notebook
