Provide links to bookmarklets which have different WPMs

The bookmarklet seems to default to 400WPM. It would be good if the default speed were customisable depending on the bookmarklet saved.

It would also be nice to have a favicon associated with the bookmarklet. Looks possible, but I haven't tried before. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/521040/how-to-have-favicon-icon-set-when-bookmarklet-dragged-to-toolbar

And I take it the favicon is on @cameron's roadmap, based on this: http://www.adamkdean.co.uk/blog/read/116/giving-the-squirt-io-bookmarklet-a-favicon (which has instructions for you to set up manually, in the meantime)
