More Time for Numbers

I find it's hard for me to get numbers right when they're zooming by. I think that having the option to give more time when numbers are displayed would help.

Decimals are particularly hard to read because they have a '.' in the middle of them. Maybe for at least things like percentages, it can try to change its tokenisation rules when there's a '%' character?
