Surface doesn't have roundness

Current behaviour

Using Surface doesn't show any roundness using MD3 (like the examples in the docs).

Expected behaviour

Surface has the default theme roundness or the override roundness

How to reproduce?

<Surface><Text>Test</Text><Surface>

What have you tried so far?

<Surface style={{ borderRadius: 12 }}>
     <Text variant="titleSmall">Test</Text>
</Surface>

Adding a custom style will show a rounded border.
