Gatsby section of docs pointing to a fork of plugin

The Link 'plugin docs ' in the Gatsby section of Linaria's docs points to a fork of the plug-in (that's 14 commits behind the orginal). My question is this an error or is the fork in active development and the place where users should direct issues and PR's?
