Would love to answer the question, but, uh, wtf? double spawn? are you alliance or horde in that picture? are you saying there is a human that has wrong faction? .npc set faction 35 problem solved :)

it's double spawn and also that npc is related to a specific event so it should be linked to the event to not appear until the event start. i'm working on that issue. btw @LordPsyan how are you ? it's been a while
