Badging should be optional

Since I listen to far too many podcasts, I often have badges over 50 and it ends up being not super useful. I think it’d be nice to add a preference to disable the badge. In fact, I may PR it if it’s of interest to you.

@calebd Do you have any strong feeling about where this preference should live if I added it? Menu item okay or does it need an actual preferences window?
