Add ability to hide back button on event type booking page

Removes back button on event type booking page when all event types are hidden

@gitstart is attempting to deploy a commit to the cal Team on Vercel.
A member of the Team first needs to authorize it.

- Added a new query to fetch event types
- Filtered out hidden events from the list of public ones
- Changed the condition for displaying GoBackToPreviousPage component so that it is only displayed when there are any public event types available (i.e., not all have been filtered out)
