[CAL-4553] Booking limits with seats not working

Issue Summary

Slots that still have available seats left are getting blocked when the booking limit is reached.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create event with 5 seats and booking limit 1 per week
  2. Book one seat
  3. After one seat is booked whole week is blocked, you should still be able to book the other 4 seats

@CarinaWolli Hey there! Just wanted to confirm, with 5 seats and a 1 booking/week limit, once one user books, the slot gets blocked for everyone else, even if 4 seats are still open. Seems like the weekly limit is applied globally instead of per user?

Feels like the weekly limit might be applying to everyone instead of individually per user. Is that right?
