Issue Summary

I am unsure why my password no longer works, I certainly didnt change it. So I am trying to hit "forgot" using my email (which is in an apple "hide my email"), and I am not getting an email to reset. I tested the email address form another email address and it works fine. your system is not sending out a reset password email to me.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. go to login page
  2. clock on "Forgot?"
  3. put in the correct email that matches the login email
  4. don't get an email, so I cant get in, which means I cant even get support

You should be able to get help without logging in.

Actual Results

  • I don't get a reset email

Expected Results

-I should get a reset email

Technical details

  • I am using the browser version with Safari (let me try with chrome - ok, doing everything with chrome didn't help.
  • Mac OS (ok, let me try from windows on Mac....nope didnt work form there either either Edge)

Evidence

  • with Safari, with chrome on Mac. With windows on Mac with parallels with edge. Each time trying to log in, getting password wrong. I have tried with 2 different email accounts, and tried once yesterday and today, many times. there should be a buffer full of attempts somewhere on your side.

I'd like to put the email address here, but I don't want it to attract a bunch of spam. Let's just say that the first part of it is [email protected]

I figured it out… I changed my login email address. My apologies. On Oct 16, 2024 at 8:26 PM -0400, Keith Williams @.***>, wrote:
