[CAL-3712] Error when Reschedule

When a meeting is rescheduled, the reason provided by the invitee is displayed as "$RCH$" in the email from Cal. We're not sure if this is meant to be a placeholder, a variable that didn't populate correctly, or if it's a glitch where the invitee's reason didn't come through as intended. This is a recurring issue. (see screenshot) the "event_type_has_been_rescheduled" (variable in snake-case?) should not be coming through either.
