German and Dutch translations switched

Congrats with the big Ionia update! #437 However, in https://github.com/cake-tech/cake_wallet/tree/main/res/values, German and Dutch were switched around from line 582 to line 630. There are German translations in strings_nl.arb and Dutch translations in strings_de.arb. I was looking at translation quality in general, made a comment because this seemed urgent, and was asked to post an issue.
