Taskbar error: "a toolbar is already hidden"

I'm using Retrobar, which is based on this library, and I was wondering if the following issue might be something that could/should be addressed by the library itself?

Have other projects (perhaps Cairoshell itself) seen reports of this issue?

There is a workaround but it's not obvious.

The issue is definitely triggered by ManagedShell, as it also affects Cairo. I will do some more testing to see if this is a Windows bug or if it is something we can avoid.
