Request: Place Systems in disabled mode in warnings

There are some moments when systems are purposefully put in disabled mode (puppet agent --diable "message"), to run some configuration, experiment, etc. For those cases (systems in disabled mode), it would be nice to put these in Warnings instead of Critical.
