npm central registry v1.0.2 dependency mismatch

Hi!

I'm using preferences:1.0.2 in https://github.com/opendatakit/release-notes-generator and I'm getting a vulnerability warning due to the js-yaml dependency.

I see that you updated the dependencies a couple of weeks ago. Are you considering releasing a new version to the npm registry?
