Enhancement: Tooltips for column labels

Is it possible to add tooltips to the column labels (and other places that make sense)? I believe this would help document the program better. I'd be willing to help if I had a template to work from. I have Visual Studio but haven't worked with a project of this magnitude before.

Hi, sadly WinForms doesn't support tooltips for column-headers out of the box. I haven't found a way to add them yet.

Cadon, i will try to work on this one next, i had the idea before, and i saw couple of way of doing this.
