You did make sure this happens without Meteor and Sodium (and without Xaeros map just in case)?

If so this is probably caused by the second part of https://github.com/cabaletta/baritone/pull/3979#issuecomment-1595416332 but now it's completely wrong rather than desynchronized.

Having checked without other mods the problem remained the same
