Is there a way to make baritone only send the errors once? If not, how can I disable them?

Well... every error is shown exactly once. It's one for every ore Baritone blacklists. Also I don't think there's a way to silence it (apart from disaping blacklistClosestOnFailure because that makes #mine cancel on the first one).

@ZacSharp According to my file editor (Going through the log file), it sent that error 400 times.

Do you know how many red nether bricks are in render distance? Also iirc if you run #mine again the blacklist is cleared and every unreachable or will be announced another time.
