Safe to clear our .mov files under Library/Caches/Aerial/comp* once app has been deleted?

Trying to free up HD space & seeing a lot of space tied up (see the pile of gold boxes in the TOP Left corner... all the same color/folder. Taking up at least 1/5th of my HD (128Gb)

Please advise if I can manually clear these out & free up space. It's taking up 11Gb
