Pseudoclasses not applied to Button Component in Lab

After setting pseudoclasses, should :hover and :active styles be applied within Lab? As far as I can tell, the default styles are applied, but the component (in this case a button), isn't picking up the other styles.

Not sure if this is more of a feature request than a bug, but thought I'd ask.
