Add Dockerfile

Hi c6fc,

First of all, thank you for your awesome contribution to the community!

I noticed that it is sometimes difficult to debug if deployment fails in AWS CloudShell. Therefore, I ported the deployment to a simple Dockerfile. I made this a pull request in case other people were also looking for this. Feel free to merge or refuse as you see fit!

I can also set up a prebuilt container image on Docker Hub for people to pull in if that's desirable.
