Regions - Not updated after resize window

Hello,

C3 version: 0.7.20 D3 version: The d3 version number. Browser: Mozilla Firefox 88 (64bits) OS: Windows 10 Pro

an example which illustrates this issue : c3js official website, sample "regions" : region sample

When i resize the window of my browser, areas of regions no longer respect parameters configured in "regions" (start, end).

How can i do to have areas of regions always correct ?
