Threading support

Currently, ELIoT makes is quite easy to create independent processes. But it would be interesting to add threading support. A lot of pre-enablement code for thread safety has been put in place, e.g. in the garbage collector. But since this has never been tested, it has all chances of breaking all over the place when actually run in a multi-threaded environment.
