Support for Raspberry Pi GPIO

Make it easy to support the GPIO on Raspberry Pi. Could take advantage of WiringPi. Problem is that while WiringPi is not that large, it would still double the size of Eliot (about 20K lines of code). Option: use Git modules and make it optional?
