Starting chatgpt failed, retrying...
TimeoutError: Navigation timeout of 30000 ms exceeded
    at LifecycleWatcher._LifecycleWatcher_createTimeoutPromise (/app/node_modules/puppeteer-core/lib/cjs/puppeteer/common/LifecycleWatcher.js:174:12)

Is it because deployment env (In my case, Oracle Korean) not supported by OpenAI, in that case, Is there any easy way use proxy inside docker ?
