for 70d1d98934e7, 1.we remove turbostat updates(tools/power/x86/turbostat/turbostat.c) updates which is not supported by Intel. 2.drivers/platform/x86/intel/tpmi_power_domains.c is not supported in velinux-6.6 3.also we add new CPU model family support for module speed_select_if/isst_if_common.c
