Reference phase 1 and 2 WASI proposals?

Should we have a list of all the proposals that are under development (phase 1 and 2) as a call out to what is coming soon and way to direct people to those proposals to give their input?

For example:

• WASI-keyvalue
• WASI-i2c
• (and more)

It is also a good opportunity to talk about the process of contributing to WASI
