[Bug]: Disable doesn't work (Startup Programs)

What happened?

I tried to disable a startup program. Even after Refresh is pressed, the program is still there.

self explanatory tbh.

exactly what it says in the title. i've used a similar proper app (Revo Uninstaller) to check for any effects. While adding a task works (the other app detects a new startup program) the opposite doesn't. i've also double checked using Task Manager. So the disable function does not work
