Function to split the list in exactly N chunks

Consider adding such function. I remember someone has asked for it on stackoverflow (can't find the question now). Actually it has been implemented here: http://hackage.haskell.org/packages/archive/yarr/1.3.1/doc/html/Data-Yarr-Utils-Split.html, function evenChunks.
