There is no way to control this on instance lvl, it's only global. Let's fix this. e.g `grpclog.Infof("grpc_opentracing: failed parsing trace information: %v", err)` in `tracing` package. Not blocking v2...

We are removing gogo support from v2. The reason is that gogo is no longer maintained as far as things are right now (Not a surprise: *it's a huge backlog...

Add linter for ensuring the enum usage in switch has cases for *all* enum values.
