Vue 3 demo

Hi! I'm trying to adopt Amy at my https://chromatone.center web-site and here's my first move - a Vue 3 version of the web demo of the synth.

Yes, it's loading much slower because I use the whole Vue and VueUse libs loaded from a CDN, but when it's built all the unused code will be treeshaken and the final app can be quite light and fast.
