cookie_secure doesnt work

version: 3.10-1

I use openidc.lua in lua-resty-openidc in version: 1.76-3 When r_session.start(session_or_opts) ussing this configuration {"secret":"12e16f870756980a46d6c888086fe84afb96458616e175161fe3230e4fc4ae78","cookie_secure":true,"cookie_prefix":"__Secure-"} The callback will set-cookie like this

Seems like the cookie_secure doesnt work

May be i config something wrong?
