[Feature request] add iCalendar (ICS) WebDAV Support

It would be great to have an iCalendar (ICS) WeDAV service. This would enable direct integration with calendar apps like Nextcloud (using ICSx⁵). Please consider adding an endpoint or a webcal URL for automatic updates. Thanks
