  • Disable openssl internal cache: less memory usage and no perf impact.
  • Update shared context initialization API.

Add support of gcc built-ins if futex used but arch is not x86_64 nor i586.

I use this version of shctx.c in haproxy SSL implementation prototype. Should be included in Haproxy 1.5dev soon.
