Remove logo from readme

As the Bump.sh GitHub Action is now certified, our logo appears next to the action name. This one is no longer needed.

It's true that I didn't think of the readme as displayed in the repo.

It just feels really duplicate when on the marketplace

Maybe we could change the logo of the readme and use the one with the Bump.sh text instead?
