Open Log Directory functionality

Allow user to right click on the Lync history recorder icon within the start bar to open the conversation history log directory.

  1. Right click Lync History Recorder icon, Context menu is shown lync im local history enhancement request
  1. Click "View Log Directory", log directory is displayed

Thanks for the tip. This is definitely something we can add to the program. But I have very little free time so if you feel like you could implement it than feel free to enhance it.
