I'm not sure why this is removing @edmorley
It looks like it uses the value set at: https://github.com/buildpacks/github-actions/blob/7de8e24e0db76616e74e2beb29f7b77db4c86cf0/.github/pipeline-descriptor.yml#L7
Rather than updating that config to add myself, I wonder if we should switch to having a dedicated team per: https://github.com/buildpacks/github-actions/pull/329#pullrequestreview-2550915340 (if so, if someone else could make the team I'd be happy to open the PR in this repo to update the bot config + CODEOWNERS accordingly)
Closing this out since the pipeline is reverting changes we've intentionally made. I've also disable the pipeline action for now so it doesn't keep reopening this.
