Feature Request: Ability to group projects via namespace

With more apps moving to a SOA, the amount of projects we have in buildkite is getting crazy to manage.

I would love to be able to group a set of projects together under a larger "umbrella" so to speak, because they all relate to the one overall app.

I know you are making some large UI changes behind the scenes, and this is something I would love to see included if possible.

+1 for grouping pipelines. Even with the Teams feature it's not enough. I'd like to be able to arbitrarily nest groups of pipelines as with microservices the ui is already getting crazy.
