ifcXML configuration file
ifcXML configuration file missing in all IFC versions starting with 4.0.2.1. In the older versions the link is available but broken.

Still not ompletely working for 4.0.2.0. There is an entry of the old structure in Annex A. http://www.buildingsmart-tech.org/ifc/IFC4/Add2/IFC4_ADD2_config.xml This seems to be a general problem in all versions. The links to EXPRESS schma and XSD are broken.
There are two issues here (in my view)
- the page https://standards.buildingsmart.org/IFC/RELEASE/IFC4/ADD2_TC1/HTML/link/annex-a.htm duplicates the link to the EXPRESS and XSD source definitions (also available under) https://standards.buildingsmart.org/IFC/RELEASE/IFC4/ADD2_TC1/HTML/link/listing-ifc4_add2.htm
- there is still not automatic re-routing from the obsolete http://www.buildingsmart-tech.org page to https://standards.buildingsmart.org
will forward 1) to @jwouellette and 2) to @berlotti
@TLiebich Issue 1) I'm not sure I have control over. Do you wish to delete the Annex? Is that done though IfcDoc?
issue 2) has been resolved by all traffic from the old site buildingsmart-tech.org being rerouted to technical.buildingsmart.org
to 1) keep the annex - it is needed but the links on the main annex side are still invalid see https://standards.buildingsmart.org/IFC/RELEASE/IFC4/ADD2_TC1/HTML/link/annex-a.htm

Not sure anyone is still looking at this. I have noticed yesterday that the XML configuration file is generated but not the link in the documentation. Today I was cleaning my email box and found this issue. I would fix this in IfcDoc for IFC4x3, it is quite important for the XML computer interpretable listings.
