Feature Request: Add a "Select All" to the parameter type "multiselect" above 1st entry of list

Use Case: If the "multiselect" list is used in a runner where sometimes all but also sometimes just a selection of items in the list is used.. a selectable box / switch to "Select All" items if a multiselect list would be very handy..

Maybe this is some element useful in the context of a multiselectable list or other parameter types. Thanks for reading and again, both thumbs up for this project! ojt
