New UI - Player details

• [x] Overview stats
• [x] Add information for ratings calculation in a modal
• [x] Add filters
• [x] Add demos list tab, with simplified columns for K, A ,D
• [ ] Add demo(match) details dialog, with navigation arrows to allow for easy navigation
  • this replaces the expand/collapse functionality from the Old UI
• [ ] Add Weapon stats tab
• [ ] Add Banned players tab
• [ ] Add Charts tab with only Maps Played and Map Wins
• [ ] Redirect Search rounds tab to the new Search page with player filter automatically applied
