Explain lgraph models

As of right now, the tour explains (more or less) that "big model is better than small model".

But now there seems to also be a lgraph model that is (size-wise) right in the middle.

Perhaps the tour could also have a line or two explaining what that type of model does and when it should be chosen.

Hey, thanks for opening an issue.

To be honest I'm not quite sure what the difference is right now. We will need to investigate this 🕵️‍♂️ . If we find anything out, we will add it here and possibly to the tour.
