Resource Limit Parsing Fails
Describe the bug
The following exception is thrown when converting ResourceQuantity. This appears to be fixed in upstream https://github.com/kubernetes-client/csharp.
An unhandled exception was thrown by the application.

The PR https://github.com/buehler/dotnet-kubernetes-client/pull/121 should allow this project to consume an upstream version of https://github.com/kubernetes-client/csharp.
