currently it TOC is lik

  • Header 1
    • Header 1.2
  • Header 2
  • Header 3

It would be great to have

  1. Header 1
    1. Header 1.1
    2. Header 1.2
  2. Header 2
  3. Header 3

I don't agree. Why produce an ordered list if not intended.

@mien See my second comment here https://github.com/bubkoo/hexo-toc/issues/23, me may be able to make a switch like markdown-it-table-of-contents.
