GoMap Give a warning if pushing changeset with badly formatted values (uppercase)

This is more a wish for enhancement: Avoid mass pushing values starting or complete in uppercase in common tags. Either correct automatically, or at least give a warning that something is probably wrong with the changeset. There are only few tags where values starting with uppercase are valid. Disclaimer: I am not user of the app myself. However, I am spending more and more time cleaning up after one user and there is no way to convince him to be more careful. For example this changeset correcting "Asphalt > asphalt", "Yes > yes".

This seems to be a recurrence of #365. I'm not sure if he's using an old version or if there are still some bugs in the presets code.

In this changeset the user tagged surface=Asphalt (with capital A) and version 1.8.4. I thought that helps you figure out if it's an old version or not :)

Oh, I only saw the surface=paving_stones tags. 1.8.4 should have fixed the issue if setting it via presets but it’s always possible to type it capitalized in All Tags. Did it happen more than once?
