Add support for new :crypto.mac/4 function and keep back compatibility with the old :crypto.hmac/3

According to the documentation, :crypto.hmac/3 was deprecated in OTP 23.0 and was removed in OTP 24.0.

This PR adds support to the new function keeping back compatibility with the old one.
