permanent login screen if data connection available but no server connection

ownNotes is not usable in following situation: If there is a network available (e.g. mobile data connection) but no connection to the owncloud server, then ownNotes shows the login screen (pre-filled with server credentials). Of course the login will fail and the login screen appears again. There is no way to see the offline saved notes.
