False positive "Virus Detected" warning from Chrome on Windows installer

Description of the bug
What happened: When trying to download the Windows installer (.exe) using Google Chrome, the download is blocked and Chrome displays a "Virus Detected" security warning.
What was expected: The file should download normally without any security warnings.
Steps to Reproduce

Use Google Chrome on a Windows machine.

Go to the official BrowserOS website download page.

Click the download link for the Windows installer.

See the "Virus Detected" warning in the Chrome download bar.

Additional Context
This is very likely a false positive because the installer is new, but it could be alarming for new users. Reporting it so the team can look into getting the executable signed or whitelisted.
Thanks for raising the PR. We are aware of this and tried mitigating with a signed certificate. It seems Microsoft takes some time for the new certificate to be recognized. :( We'll see what other mitigations we can do.
Update: We are getting a new SSL EV code signing certificate. it takes about 1-2 weeks. Hopefully this fixes it.
